Terms and Conditions:
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, which apply to all guests
attending events.
1. Guest List Confirmation:

All names on the guest list must be submitted in advance by the designated cut-off time. The cut-off time for each event is 8:30 pm on the day of the event. No additions or changes will be accepted after the deadline.

Submitting names on our platform does not guarantee entry. Entry is subject to venue capacity, and the guest list confirmation does not guarantee admission.

2. Identification:

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, Driver’s License, Passport) for verification at the entry. The name on the ID must match the name on the guest list.

Photos on the phone as ID will not be accepted; only DigiLocker is accepted as a Digital ID. Failure to provide valid identification will result in denied entry, regardless of guest list status.

3. Age Restriction:

The minimum age for entry is 25 years. Guests under this age will not be permitted entry, even if on the guest list.

4. Dress Code:

The venue enforces a strict dress code. Guests are expected to adhere to the specified attire. The venue reserves the right to deny entry based on inappropriate attire.

5. Entry Time:

Guests on the list are required to arrive within the specified entry window. Guest-list entries shut at 10:00 pm sharp. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

Guest-list entries are free until 10:00 pm, after which there will be a charge. Re-entry may not be allowed once a guest has left the premises.
6. Behavior:

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive will result in removal from the venue.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject guests at its discretion.
7. Rights to Entry:

Rights to entry at the venue are completely at the discretion of the venue/organizers and not the artist. The artist is not responsible for anyone being denied entry.

8. Prohibited Items:

Drugs or illegal substances are not allowed. The following items are also prohibited and will not be allowed inside the venue: weapons, outside food or drink, large bags, and any other items as determined by venue security.
9. Photography and Recording:

Professional photography or recording equipment is not allowed unless prior permission is granted.

The venue/artist will be recording the event for their promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to the use of their likeness in such materials.
10. Refunds and Cancellations:

Entry fees or deposits are non-refundable, even in the case of denied entry or removal due to violation of these terms.

The event organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, guests will be informed via the contact information provided.

11. Liability:

The venue, event organizers, and the artist are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.

Guests attend the event at their own risk.
12. Compliance with Local Laws:

All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.

By attending the event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the event.
